Applications & Installation
NA2XH cables are primarily intended for fixed installations in internal and external environments, including cable trays, dry and damp rooms, masonry, and concrete structures. Due to their halogen-free and flame-retardant properties (flame propagation test in accordance with IEC 60332-1-2 and low smoke density per IEC 61034), they are heavily specified for use in public buildings, hospitals, schools, transport terminals, and industrial plants where smoke emission and toxic gases present a severe risk during a fire. Direct burial in the ground is not recommended unless adequate mechanical protection is provided.
